Fortunately, I had a ground floor pool side room. Maintenance had to open the room for me using the security mechanical key because the door lock requires re-programming that the night shift team cannot carry out. I have even failed to access the room assigned to me after three different attempts and was moved to another room for the problem to repeat again upon my return to the hotel later by night. ![]() I had wasted really lots of time going back and forth to the reception to replace the access card. 1- The room card locking system needs to be replaced by a new one the soonest. ![]() Nevertheless, I would like to point out few negative points that are not expected from a five star hotel and especially not from a Movenpick hotel. ![]() I had a nice stay and enjoyed the beach, pool and the city of Sousse.
